How often should I have my pet groomed?The frequency of grooming depends on your pet's breed, coat type, and lifestyle. Our expert groomers can recommend a grooming schedule that works best for your pet.

Do you offer a la carte grooming services?Yes, we offer a variety of a la carte services such as nail trims, ear cleaning, and more, in addition to our grooming packages.

Can I stay with my pet during the grooming process?Unfortunately, we cannot allow pet owners to stay with their pets during grooming. However, our salon is designed to keep your pet calm and comfortable throughout the grooming process.

Are your grooming products safe for my pet?Yes, we use only the highest quality, organic products that are safe and gentle for your pet's skin and coat.

Do you offer mobile pet grooming services?Currently, we only offer grooming services at our San Jose pet salon.

How long does a typical grooming session take?The length of a grooming session depends on the services requested and your pet's size and coat type. Our groomers can provide you with an estimated timeframe during your appointment.

What if my pet has health or behavioral issues?Please let us know all health concerns your pet may have and any behavioral concerns.

Do I need to make an appointment for grooming services?Yes, we recommend booking an appointment to ensure availability, especially during peak grooming seasons.

What vaccines do we require?We only require the rabies vaccine to be up to date. You can upload a copy of the rabies vaccine to your profile after the registration email has been sent to your email or you can text or email a copy of the rabies vaccine to us. If your pooch need to be vaccinated, please make sure it is administered at least 2 days before any appointment. Although some veterinarians may say it`s ok to get groomed right away, we just want to make sure your pet has some healing time after any vaccine.

What is an Express Groom?Express grooms are an add on service where we work on your pet from start to finish without kenneling. This is a great service for pets with medical conditions like seizures or for pets who do not like being inside the kennel. Although this service gives you a quicker groom time, it is also not for all pets. Pets who do not have health or behavioral concerns can sometimes do better with breaks in their service. We give breaks after the bath before drying and a break after the drying before the haircut. Some pets needs breaks during the haircut. Every pet is a little different with what helps them feel comfortable. Express grooms are booked at 8 am.
